Thomas Nørgaard

Founder and CEO

Thomas is Founder  and CEO, who has been leading the strategic development, overall direction, and management of Comcores. He founded Comcores in 2014 and the company has since become one of the global technological leaders in the industry.

In addition to being an entrepreneur, Thomas Norgaard holds a Master’s degree in engineering, and has worked for more than 20 years in management and development of advanced technology – particularly radio equipment – for the telecoms industry. In 2001 he complemented his skills with a degree in strategic management and corporate organization.

Kim Schjøtler Sørensen

R&D Manager

Kim Schjøtler Sørensen heads the R&D team at Comcores and driving product innovation within Ethernet and TSN areas.

Kim has more than 15 years of experience within electronics and systems development. Prior to joining Comcores, he had extensive experience from several leading positions within R&D in the telecommunication and hearing aid industry. Kim holds an Electrical Engineering MSc. within RF electronics from Technical University of Denmark.
